Company Description:
At we are a sales agency that specializes in building and managing sales teams for coaches and digital creators to help them generate more revenue. Through our interactions we rely heavily on hiring and training sales reps and are looking for an experienced individual who can aid in our process to bring on the best talent to sell for our clients.

Within the company of , the ghl specialists will be responsible for managing their day to day tasks and handling the process of setting up new workflows, automations, funnels, subaccounts and other important functions within GHL and connected platforms.

Key Tasks:
-Implement and configure systems to meet the organization’s specific needs
-Build workflows and automations across platforms such as Zapier, Gohighlevel, and google sheets, etc…
-Build funnels within the GHL platform.
-Setup sub accounts of clients
-Customize and extend the GHL platform to develop tailored solutions for various business functions
-Train and support end-users in the effective use of the system
-Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the platform
-Analyze and optimize the performance of the GHL CRM system to ensure maximum efficiency
-Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and updates in the GHL CRM ecosystem

Required Qualifications:
-Must understand how to think in systems
-Must understand platforms: Gohighlevel, Google Sheets, Zapier, Slack,
-Must have thorough understanding of the GHL CRM system’s features, functionality, and customization capabilities
-Must have strong proficiency in automations and in configuring and integrating systems with other business applications
-Must have strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex issues
-Must speak fluent english
-Must have proven track record of building workflows, and automations

Expectations:
-This is a part time position must be available to fix and maintain automations
-Must be able to work M-S US EST hours
-Must be able to think like an owner and make self-guided decisions

Bonus:
-If you understand platforms such as: Notion, Asana, Clickup, Zoom, Stripe, Docusign and understand how to build systems and automations around each platform then that puts you at a much higher position than all other applicants.

Outcome:
-Will be expected to increase efficiency of all systems and save 2-3 hours each day.

Salary:
-Starting at $500 Per Month part time
-Opportunity for salary increase and full-time position depending on performance
