THE ROLE WE ARE HIRING FOR
This role will be extremely rewarding for the right candidate and will expose them to the very latest tech, marketing & business growth strategies and will have them working alongside a very successful business leader and growth expert, Paul Bingham, Founder & CEO of Smart Connected Buildings and his right hand man, Integrator amd business leader Alec Donald (70+ year experience between them).
The role will primarily cover the following responsibilities immediately, however will grow and develop into a bespoke role specifically designed for the candidate whereby they will be in their element and flow and be 100% operating with their zone of genius.
This is an exciting role for a TRUE integrator that is passionate about the software Go High Level (GHL, GoHighLevel) and has intermediate to advanced experience with Go High Level.
REQUIREMENTS
– You MUST be advanced with GoHighLevel
– You MUST be advanced with Zapier
– Experience with Zapier for non-native integrations
– Integrate GHL with other third party applications (Zapier experience is essential)
– You MUST be able to think outside the box and assist in solution creation
– You MUST have a stable internet
– You MUST speak fluid English
– You SHOULD be familiar with how the agency model works and marketing in general
– You SHOULD have experience in a similar position
Primary Responsibilities & Objectives of this role:
Expert knowledge of GoHighLevel
Configure and administer GoHighLevel CRM
Create high converting campaigns, funnels, and sales pages
Design multi-step messaging, reminder, and follow up sequences via SMS and email
Track and monitor system automations to ensure they are working as designed
Integrate and exchange data with Google Workspace
Load and maintain course content
Ensure data integrity between systems and integrations
Develop sales funnel strategies – a thinker, not just a mindless doer
Integration experience with 3rd party tools using native GHL functionality
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Calendly)
Knowledge and ability to create a “frictionless experience” for clients
Be available (at least ½ day) during core UK hours 8A – 5P BST Monday – Friday
Skills and qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in computer science or related field
Two or more years of proven experience in an senior technical role
Broader understanding of other software, basic coding and software development is desirable
Preferred qualifications
Working knowledge of project management software programs, (We ue Asana)
Strong IT skills, including software/database development
Ability to communicate in English (Reading, Writing & Talking)
Sales & Marketing understanding is desirable as this is the the core focus of the business
THE IMPORTANCE OF THIS ROLE
This role is key to the success of our business in helping it grow and have a platform and selection of systems on which to grow. You will be supporting our leadership team and increasing efficiency across many areas of our business. The right person will take ownership of this position and make everyone’s life a lot easier!
The primary focus of the role will be on GHL development and support, however as an early stage start-up the ideal candidate will be flexible on the work ad tasks they complete:
Research and reporting on new tech, software and services
Reporting, data analysis and organisation
Campaign management and reporting

PAY AND HOURS
(these are negotiable)
The starting rate for this role will be between: $6 minimum/hour
This position is available immediately
This is a long term position
Provisional Schedule (negotiable): Any working hours are fine with a minimum 2-hour overlap with UK working hours (0800-1100 GMT)
You will be available for at least: 20-30 hours per week
We will pay you on Mondays
You will get paid time off for vacations
We offer end-of-year bonuses as standard
