– Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled GHL expert to join our team and take charge of managing our entire GHL ecosystem. From integrations to applications, API management to calendar syncing, CRM management to segmentation, pipeline creation to automation using Zapier, and even handling email, SMS, and broadcast messages, this role covers it all. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of sales and media processes and will be able to leverage GHL to enhance our operations and drive success.
– Responsibilities:
Manage GHL integrations, applications, and APIs to ensure seamless connectivity across our systems.
Oversee CRM management, including creating segmentations, pipelines, and automations to streamline processes.
Utilize Zapier to automate tasks and workflows, improving efficiency and productivity.
Coordinate calendar syncing and scheduling to optimize team operations.
Design and send out email, SMS, and broadcast messages to engage with clients and prospects effectively.
Continuously optimize and refine GHL processes to improve performance and drive results.
Collaborate with the sales and media team to understand their needs and requirements, and implement solutions accordingly.
– Requirements:
Proven experience as a GHL expert, with a strong understanding of integrations, applications, APIs, and CRM management.
Proficiency in creating segmentations, pipelines, and automations within GHL.
Experience with Zapier or similar automation tools to connect various applications and streamline workflows.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Prior experience in a sales or media environment is a plus.
– Location and Hours:
