We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tech VA to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be a Go HighLevel, funnel building, and automation specialist who can create and implement systems to streamline our business processes. You will be responsible for optimizing our workflow, increasing productivity, and improving the overall efficiency of our business.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Set up email marketing campaigns in Go High Level/ Keap.
Inspect landing pages and sales funnels are working.

Develop and implement automation workflows using Go HighLevel, Keap, Zapier, and other software tools to reduce manual processes and save time.

Create and maintain CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, including data entry and management, creating custom fields and tags, and integrating with other systems.

Monitor and analyze key metrics and data to optimize campaigns, funnels, and automation workflows.

Collaborate with other team members to improve business processes and identify areas for improvement.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Go HighLevel, funnel building, and automation.

Assists with the maintenance of all internal tech systems and tools; this includes ensuring best practices are followed for new set ups and that data cleanses and security updates are performed regularly

Using AI/ Chat gpt to Write copy for confirmation, reminder, transactional types of emails

Qualifications:
“Can do, will learn, figure it out” attitude.
1-3 years of experience as a Tech VA
Intermediate to expert knowledge of Go High Level
Intermediate to expert knowledge of [Zapier]
Knowledge of Project Management Tools (we use taskade which is like a Trello)

Requirements:
Must provide weekly reports to leadership about hours used
Must be able to exercise prompt communication with team via slack and Zoom
Has the ability to work on project tasks Monday – Friday at least 10-20 hours per week to start
Provide quick turnaround time on tasks within 1-3 days due to the nature of projects
Must be able to meet via Zoom on camera to review team projects Mondays at 11am est
