Role

Impact Fitness Coaching Academy is seeking a tech-savvy, passionate, results- and detail-oriented media technical GoHighLevel expert to help drive growth for our clients inside our fast-growing company.

The ideal candidate is passionate and experienced within Go High-Level. If you have experience growing and scaling your own business through GoHighLevel, that is preferred but not required.

Experience within the online health and fitness industry is a bonus, but not a requirement.

For context, our clients are online fitness coaches who are in the process of growing and scaling their businesses.

If you do NOT have GoHighLevel experience, do NOT apply. Your application will be rejected.

Responsibilities

Setting up GHL Accounts for our new clients.
You’ll be provided with their business domain and login information, then you’ll set up their account by connecting their custom domain and dedicated email IP; submitting their phone number for A2P approval; as well as other small miscellaneous account setup tasks.

Onboarding Calls for our new clients.
Once account setup is complete, you’ll schedule a 1-1 Onboarding Call with the client introducing them to the software and how to use the basic functions.

Technical Support for our client communities.
You’ll be responsible for responding to any technical GoHighLevel questions within our client communities, both Skool and Slack, Monday-Friday 8am- 5pm EST with a response time of less than 4 business hours.

Administrative Tracking
You’ll be responsible for administrative tasks such as tracking and analytics. Also including, but not limited to, monitoring how many accounts are created, onboarded, etc. as well as upkeep on client accounts and ensuring client accounts remain in good standing and functional.

Results

Clients complete their Software Onboarding Homework within 48 hours (M-F) of signing up for the software.

Clients GHL accounts are set up within 24 hours (M-F) of submitting their Onboarding Homework.

Clients Onboarding Calls completed within 7 days of signing up for the Software.

All Technical GoHighLevel questions are answered within 4 business hours (M-F) in our Client Communities.

Internal Team Slack Response time of 4 business hours max.

End of Day Reports completed daily.

Requirements

Must be fluent in English and easy to understand.

Minimum of one year of GoHighLevel experience.
If you have no GoHighLevel experience, do NOT apply.

Must be a “people person”.
You’ll be constantly interacting with new business owners on a daily basis. If you’re not a people person, do NOT apply.

Time Requirements

This full-time position will require at least 40 hrs/week.

You will be expected to complete your morning and end-of-day tasks daily, Monday-Friday.

You will also be expected to be available to communicate through Slack from 9 AM to 5 PM EST daily.

This position is remote, so you will have the freedom to work from anywhere.
