We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced GHL Technical Integrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of GoHighLevel (GHL) and be proficient in utilizing its full suite of tools to optimize business processes. This role requires a technical expert who can manage, implement, and fine-tune GHL systems to enhance automation, sequences, and overall operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize GoHighLevel (GHL) systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
Implement and customize automation workflows, sequences, and campaigns within GHL.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to understand their needs and configure GHL to meet those requirements.
Develop and maintain detailed documentation for all GHL configurations, processes, and changes.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to GHL integrations.
Conduct regular system audits to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and optimal performance.
Stay updated on the latest GHL features and best practices, implementing improvements as necessary.
Provide training and support to team members on GHL usage and best practices.
Work with third-party tools and integrations to extend GHL functionality as needed.
Monitor and analyze system performance, providing insights and recommendations for enhancements.

Qualifications:

Proven experience working with GoHighLevel (GHL) and its suite of tools.
Strong understanding of automation, sequences, and workflow management within GHL.
Technical proficiency in API integrations and troubleshooting.
Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and related technologies.
Prior experience in a similar role within a marketing or technology-driven organization is preferred.
