We are looking for a talented ghostwriter with a passion for writing and storytelling to join our team remotely in December.
The ghostwriter will be responsible for articulating clear, concise and compelling content under our name. This individual must possess strong research skills, be adaptable to our organizational needs, be creative and have the ability to follow a detailed outline, but at the same time suggest changes to deliver a HIGH-QUALITY book in the financial niche. Making a high quality book is a team effort.
Estimated budget: $2.5 – $3.0/100 words. Most books will typically have 30,000 words. In addition, $40 for book description + adaptation for back cover text.
Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the editorial team to understand content needs and write accordingly.
• Conduct high quality research and proper citation in APA format, as well as use internal resources.
• Follow the script for each project.
• Meet deadlines and quality expectations.
• Review and edit your own work prior to submission.
• Be open to feedback and willing to make changes to your drafts.
• Tailor the tone to the target reader.
• Engage the reader through the writing.
• Tasks: create the book manuscript, book description using SEO and copywriting, and adapt it for back cover text in print formats.
Qualifications:
• Proven track record of excellent writing demonstrated in a professional portfolio.
• Fluency in English language.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and willingness to communicate with team members and management.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools.
• Meet project deadlines and requirements.
• Professional experience or higher education in the financial and business niche.
