GI Telemarketing Sales [w/ Singapore GI certifications]

**Responsibilities**

– Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
– Introduce and promote our products/services to potential customers.
– Engage in active listening to understand customer needs and tailor product offerings accordingly.
– Provide accurate information about products, pricing, and promotions.
– Effectively overcome objections and persuade customers to make a purchase or schedule a follow-up appointment.
– Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
– Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and customer satisfaction.

**Requirements**

– Singapore GI Certifications [BCP, PGI]
– Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging phone manner.
– Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service roles.
– Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
– Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
– Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to meet and exceed targets.
– Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a high-energy, results-driven environment.
– Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
– Working Time: Monday – Friday. 2pm – 6pm
