We are seeking a phenomenal video editor with a flair for creativity and style, specializing in real estate home tour videos, talking head segments, and informative marketing videos such as market updates. The ideal candidate should be able to produce videos with a level of creativity and finesse akin to the works of Christopher Claflin on TikTok, incorporating fun and engaging transitions for home tours as well that for detailed home specs, fast speed effects, color grading experience is a must and creating subtitles with sound effects!

Responsibilities:

Edit and produce high-quality real estate videos, including home tours and informative content.
Collaborate with our team to understand project requirements and vision.
Implement creative editing techniques to enhance viewer engagement.
Ensure all videos are edited and delivered within specified deadlines.
Stay updated with the latest trends in video editing and real estate marketing.

Requirements:

Proven experience in video editing, preferably in real estate or similar industries.
Strong portfolio showcasing creative editing skills and style.
Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro,DaVinci Resolve).
Reliable computer and internet and a backup place you can work from to edit and submit videos on time in the case the internet goes down.
Ability to interpret ideas and deliver visually appealing content.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work on multiple projects.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
