Key Elements to your Contribution:
– Develop and execute strategic sales plans to acquire new clients worldwide, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses and startups.
– Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold outreach, industry events, and partnerships.
– Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
– Collaborate with our consulting team to develop customized solutions and proposals that address clients’ specific requirements and goals.
– Present solutions and proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the value and benefits of partnering with our firm.
– Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to secure new business relationships and partnerships.
– Establish and nurture robust relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and partner throughout the engagement process, and laying the groundwork for enduring partnerships with repeat clients.
– Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
Key Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
– Proven track record of success in business development or sales roles within the management consulting or professional services industry, with a focus on global markets.
– Strong understanding of strategic planning, operations management, process improvement, performance management, and customer experience principles and methodologies.
– Experience working with small to medium-sized businesses and startups, preferably in a consulting capacity.
– Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
– Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
