Job Title: Global Service Desk (English)
Offer: Php 25k per month
Working Hours: TBD but it will be Fulltime Graveyard Shift
Overview: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for end-users, providing excellent technical support and issue resolution. If you have strong communication skills in English, a passion for assisting users, and a knack for problem-solving, we encourage you to apply for this position.
Responsibilities:
Provide efficient and professional first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat.
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues in a timely manner.
Assist with user account setups, configurations, and software installations.
Document, track, and escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when necessary.
Ensure timely and accurate communication with end-users regarding the status of their service requests.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service quality and enhance the overall user experience.
Maintain detailed and up-to-date records of service requests and resolutions.
Requirements:
Must have at least 3+ years of RECENT work experience as a Service Desk Technician or other customer support role.
Experienced in providing standard desktop and application support to end users remotely and over the phone
Experienced administering and troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft 365, Active Directory and Google Workspace
Strong analytical skills to think critically, assess input, and develop possible solutions required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
?Knowledge of remote desktop tools and support software.
