Job Description:The Digital Outreach & Automation Specialist is responsible for identifying and engaging parents of medically fragile children in Georgia who may benefit from the Georgia Pediatric Program (GAPP). This role involves utilizing internet and social media platforms to locate potential clients, provide them with information about in-home nursing care services, and convert them into program participants.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Automation:
Utilize Go High Level to create and manage automation funnels to streamline communication and follow-up processes.
Collaborate with team members to develop and implement automated marketing campaigns to engage and nurture leads.
Analyze and optimize automation workflows to improve efficiency and conversion rates.

Online Research and Engagement:
Conduct comprehensive searches on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) and online forums to identify parents of medically fragile children in Georgia.
Use search engines and online tools to find relevant communities, groups, and forums where potential clients are active.
Monitor and participate in relevant online discussions, forums, and community groups to connect with parents and provide helpful information.

Outreach and Communication:
Initiate contact with identified parents through direct messaging, comments, and posts on social media platforms.
Provide clear and detailed information about the Georgia Pediatric Program and the benefits of in-home nursing care.
Follow up with interested parents to answer questions, provide additional resources, and guide them through the enrollment process.

Content Creation and Management:
Develop and share engaging content on social media and other online platforms to raise awareness about GAPP and its services.
Create informative posts, articles, and graphics that address common concerns and highlight success stories.

Data Management and Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, including contact information, follow-up actions, and outcomes.
Track and analyze engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of outreach strategies.
Prepare regular reports on outreach progress, challenges, and successes.

– Collaboration and Networking:
Work closely with healthcare providers, community organizations, and online influencers to extend the reach of outreach efforts.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate referrals and support for the program.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in social work, healthcare administration, communications, marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in digital outreach, social media management, or recruitment roles.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and online communities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with empathy and sensitivity towards families of medically fragile children.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in data management and reporting tools.
