Kristyl Media, a leading marketing agency located in Washington State, USA, is seeking a talented and motivated Go High-Level Backend Support Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients on all things Go High Level, ensuring their success and satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Provide timely and accurate technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex Go High-Level issues, including integrations, automation, and functionality.
Proactively identify and address potential issues before they impact clients.
Document and escalate complex issues to the development team when necessary.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Go High-Level features and updates.
Maintain a positive and helpful attitude while interacting with clients.
Contribute to the development of an internal knowledge base and training materials.
Qualifications:

Proven experience providing technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Strong understanding of the Go High-Level platform and its functionalities.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
