As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for building and optimizing our CRM system to enhance our overall business efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience as a Go High Level CRM expert.
• Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Responsibilities:
Building Funnels:
• Design and create effective sales funnels to drive lead generation and customer conversion.
• Optimize and A/B test funnels for maximum performance and user engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to understand goals and tailor funnels accordingly.
Creating Automations:
• Develop and implement automation processes to streamline repetitive tasks and workflows.
• Integrate third-party tools and applications to enhance the functionality of the CRM system.
• Troubleshoot and debug automation processes to ensure smooth operations.
Creating Workflows:
• Design and implement workflows to improve communication and collaboration within the organization.
• Customize workflows based on different departments’ needs, such as marketing, sales, and customer support.
• Continuously evaluate and refine workflows for optimal efficiency.
Pipeline Automations:
• Set up and manage pipeline automations to enhance sales and deal tracking.
• Implement automation triggers for lead scoring, status updates, and other relevant pipeline • activities.
• Work closely with the sales team to understand their requirements and customize pipelines accordingly.
Technical Requirements:
• Laptop or PC with an i3 processor or higher, running Windows 10 operating system.
• Stable wired internet connection with a minimum of 20 Mbps download and upload speed.
• Backup computer and internet source in case of technical issues.
• USB noise-canceling headset for clear communication during meetings.
• Webcam for virtual meetings and collaboration.
