Some daily duties and responsibilities. Customer onboarding for Leads Owl new subscriptions.
Ongoing customer support for Leads Owl customers.

Be able to work with minimum direction. Someone who can make suggestions and take a lead role in getting things done on internal and customer-facing projects. A team player. You will be dedicated to your success, our company’s success, and our customers.

Leads Owl has White Labeled and SaaS GHL and another platform with some custom software and integrations.

Experience: 2-3 years with Go High Level
1. Go High-Level CRM and Digital Marketing Platform focus..
2. Work with Leads Owl end customers GHL sub-accounts to complete their onboarding
– Good understanding of GHL SaaS Agency and Sub Accounts.. and SaaS Configurator
– Setup email services, adding dedicated domains and IP addresses (required)
– Know how to add DNS records for the customer in GoDaddy, C-Panel or other DNS providers platforms
– Setup phone numbers
– Know how to use the A2P Wizard for A2P 10DLC compliance
– Working knowledge of GHL Trust Center, Shaken/STIR (Voice, CNAM (Voice) and
– Setup Leads Owl sub-account business and company profiles and My staff team members
3. Assist customers with their Stripe integrations and other payment gateways integrations
4. In-depth knowledge and experience in configuring and setting up workflows/automation
5. Setup Email campaigns, templates and snippets
6. Good understanding of GHL Payments Module: Products, payment gateway integrations, subscriptions etc.
6. Post-sales GHL customer support
7. Experience with MS Office and Google Workspace software
8. Spreadsheet data entry
9. Other duties/tasks assigned
