Role Summary:
As a Customer Relationship Management Expert at AmplifyPlus, you’ll be spearheading our CRM (GoHighLevel) management initiatives for our clients, from designing simple to intricate automations to crafting and optimising high-converting funnels. Joining a high-level team of CRM experts, you’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing our clients’ experiences and driving business growth. Collaborating closely with clients based in the UAE and UK, your flexibility in working hours will be essential to ensure seamless communication and delivery of exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
Overall CRM Management: Efficiently manage GoHighLevel CRM for clients, ensuring smooth operations and optimal utilisation of the platform.
Automation Creation: Develop and implement simple to complex automations to streamline processes and enhance client workflows, utilising platforms: GoHighLevel and Zapier.
Funnel Creation and Management: Create and manage high-converting funnels tailored to clients’ specific needs and objectives.
Reporting: Consolidate data from various sources within the CRM system to produce comprehensive reports, providing valuable insights to clients for strategic decision-making.
Client Management: Interact with clients in regards to onboarding, training or support.
Qualifications/Requirements:
Experience: 2+ years of experience using GoHighLevel, preferably in organisations with over 50 clients.
Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, time management abilities, and communication skills.
Flexibility: Ability to work with clients in different time zones (UAE and UK) based on availability.
Fluency in English
