About the business:
We are looking for a GHL Expert to set up and migrate an entire business on a white-labelled GHL. Someone who will spearhead in creating effective workflows and automations.
You will play a crucial role in supporting the company by managing the CRM and workflow automation side of things, as well as building landing page. This role requires a high level of logical, technical skills, and creative skills
As a Go High Level expert, you will play a significant role in implementing strategies to generate and nurture qualified leads. You will need to understand the company’s target audience, business objectives, and lead generation goals, and then design and execute customized campaigns to attract, nurture, and convert leads. You will be responsible for setting up and optimizing lead capture forms, designing and deploying automated follow-up sequences, managing email marketing campaigns, and analysing data to continually refine and improve performance.
– Setting up and managing CRM systems, snapshots, and automation
– Create and maintain automated, efficient and effective marketing campaigns, triggers and workflows
– Design and deploy automated follow-up sequences to nurture leads through the sales funnel.
– Troubleshooting and resolving any issues related to the platform
– Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless integration and operation of Go High Level features
– Providing training and support to team members on the effective use of Go High Level
– Configure lead capture forms and landing pages to maximize conversion rates.
– Integrate applications, systems, API, etc.
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in lead generation and marketing automation.
– Conduct competitor research and design a website structure to outrank the local competition.
– Create websites/Landing pages and optimize content.
Qualifications:
– At least 2 years proven experience working with the Go High Level platform, or similar experience with other platforms such as ClickFunnels.
– Proven experience in automation (as well as Zapier)
– Experience in building codes to connect APIs is a PLUS!
– Experience in setting up and optimizing lead capture forms, automated follow-up sequences, and email marketing campaigns.
– Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients
– Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
– Tech-savvy (Adapt quickly to new technologies and platforms)
– Creating and monitoring reports and analytics (Google ads & SEO experience is a plus!)
– Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment.

– Reliable internet connection and home office setup
– Understanding Chinese Mandarin will be a PLUS.
