I am starting my Saas/Agency specializing in helping local businesses rank higher on Google and I am looking for someone to onboard new clients into GHL with a tech setup & system training.
As a Go High Level CRM Expert, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our client’s marketing and sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:
– Guide clients through the setup and use of Go High Level, ensuring they are familiar with its features and functionalities.
– Assist clients with the configuration and optimization of their Google My Business profiles to improve local visibility.
– Implement templatized automation tailored to client’s business needs, ensuring efficient and streamlined processes.
– Designing and implementing sales funnels, websites, and landing pages: Create compelling and effective sales funnels, websites, and landing pages to drive conversions and customer engagement.
– Establishing accounts and onboarding clients: Assist clients in setting up their Go High Level CRM accounts, providing guidance through the onboarding process.
– Configuring workflows and automations: Develop and configure workflows and automations within Go High Level to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
– Developing email and SMS marketing campaigns: Create and manage email and SMS marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.
– Scheduling and managing calendars, appointments, and emails: Help clients effectively manage their calendars, appointments, and emails using Go High Level.
– Creating, importing, and exporting snapshots: Generate and manage data snapshots for reporting and analysis purposes.
– Establishing domains and setting up integrations: Set up domains and integrate Go High Level with external tools like Zapier, Mailgun, and Twilio to enhance functionality.
– Providing ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting: Ensure the CRM system runs smoothly, and resolve any technical issues promptly.
– Provide training sessions or materials to enhance client knowledge and usage of tools.
– Developing standard operating procedures: Create and document standard operating procedures for Go High Level usage to ensure consistency and best practices.
– Maintain an approachable demeanor, ensuring clients feel comfortable to express concerns and ask questions.
– Solicit feedback from clients to understand areas of improvement for our services. Document feedback and collaborate with the internal team for continuous improvement initiatives.
– Regularly update oneself with the latest features and updates on Go High Level, Google My Business, and other relevant tools.
– Attend training sessions, webinars, and workshops as necessary.
Qualifications:
– Proven experience with Go High-Level CRM, including a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
– Proficiency in website and landing page design.
– Familiarity with email and SMS marketing strategies.
– Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
– Excellent organizational and time management skills.
– Exceptional attention to detail.
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team as we grow.
– Previous experience in digital marketing or a related field is a plus.
– Fluent English is a must as you’ll be jumping on Google meeting calls with me and clients to onboard them.
– Having experience programming is a serious plus
