Job Description

About: Our company specializes in Commercial Real Estate (mainly self-storage buildings) and we’re using Agent-CRM to build websites and create automated and robust marketing campaigns to target potential investors andeExisting self-storage owners and brokers.
We’re looking for a highly motivated individual who knows Agent-CRM (Go High Level) in-and-out to help us build automated funnels, marketing campaigns (phone, text and email) and websites to reach our customers and build credibility. We will be providing the contact lists and ad copy, and we need help creating the website, creating and organizing our funnels, and managing our marketing campaigns.
Strategic outcomes that must be accomplished:
– Maintains all of the contact information updated and organized in Agent-CRM – skip tracing, removing duplicates and optimizing for efficiency. Data entry is always done accurately and on time. Every contact has 1 email and 1 phone number that works.
– Builds campaigns, websites and funnels as requested by the team, within specified timelines. If anything is broken or doesn’t work properly, the team member is able to immediately jump in to solve it or find a solution. All of our automated campaigns run accurately and on time.
– Communicates clearly and openly, is willing to work US hours (Mountain Time) and answers to all requests within 30 minutes (during normal business hours).
– Initially, we’d like to finish building a website that has 10-20 pages. We’ll provide the content and expect them to be fully functional within one week.
Competencies:
– Expert with Agent-CRM (Go High Level). Knows how to create and organize contact lists, automations, funnels, marketing campaigns (phone, text and email), and reports.
– Expert building websites with Agent-CRM (Go High Level). Knows how to quickly and effectively create websites using their site builder.
– Expert looking up contact information, scrubbing lists and identifying the right contact info for potential sellers/clients.
– Is highly motivated, curious and open to coaching/learning, has an ability to gather and make sense of information quickly, is able to connect with people, and is determined to fight for worthwhile goals and bounce back from adversity
You’ll be working directly with the owner. We’re open, straightforward and reward our team based on performance, outcomes and results. Transparency and confidentiality are mandatory. If you have clarity about how we work and what we expect (and you think you can perform to these expectations), this will be a tremendous opportunity. We’re not Agent-CRM experts and expect you to push the boundaries of this tool to get us closer to our goals.
