Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to manage multiple operational and marketing tasks within our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks, with the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
Responsibilities:
Account Management: Efficiently manage sub-accounts and multiple accounts to ensure seamless operational flow.
Snapshot Design and Modification: Craft and modify snapshots, tailoring them to specific project requirements.
Lead Connector Configuration: Set up and maintain lead connectors, ensuring the continuous update of custom values and fields.
Calendar Management: Oversee the scheduling and management of calendars to optimize appointment setting and event planning.
Workflow Automation: Design and implement automated workflows to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
Landing Page Design: Develop engaging and effective landing pages to support marketing and customer engagement initiatives.
Website Development and SAAS Integration: Build and maintain websites, integrating SAAS solutions to enhance functionality and user experience.
Course Creation and Trigger Building: Develop educational content and build triggers for automated responses and actions.
DNS Setup and Email Service Configuration: Manage DNS records and configure email services to ensure optimal communication and system performance.
Facebook Ad Management: Plan and execute Facebook advertising campaigns, monitoring performance and adjusting strategies as needed.
Zapier Integration and CSS Customization: Utilize Zapier to integrate various applications and customize CSS to enhance form and dashboard aesthetics.
Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues within GHL promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
Promotional Content Creation: Craft compelling ad copies and promotional materials to boost engagement and client acquisition.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrator, or similar role with a strong background in digital tools and platforms.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel (GHL), CSS, and Zapier.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.
Creative and technical skills necessary to develop websites and marketing materials.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
