Job Description:
We are seeking a Go High-Level Master to join our team and take charge of customer service for our diverse range of services and products. As a Go High-Level Expert, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and exceptional experience while using our services. This position is remote and requires availability from 12pm to 8pm EST, USA time.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-notch customer service for our credit repair, creative funding, work for you program, and LLC formation services.
Build effective marketing funnels and landing pages to promote our services and products.
Edit videos for promotional purposes.
Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to explain our services and answer their questions.
Utilize chat communication, including GPT, to assist customers with inquiries and provide support.
Collaborate with the team to improve customer experiences and service efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proficient in Go High-Level with a strong understanding of its features and capabilities.
Experience in building marketing funnels and landing pages.
Video editing skills using relevant software.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to conduct onboarding calls and explain complex services in a clear and friendly manner.
Familiarity with chat communication, including experience with GPT-based chatbots.
Must be available to work from 12pm to 8pm EST, USA time.
