Your daily responsibilities would include:
1. Send a daily report through email, detailing completed
and ongoing tasks.
2. Setting up High Level CRM for clients
3. Perfecting the Snap Account
4. Creating Work flows, email campaigns, etc.. for clients
5. Creating sales funnels
6. Creating Landing Pages
7. Finding new strategies through High Level

To qualify for the position, you will need at least 3 years
experience in the following
1. Go High Level Management
2. Work Flow automations
3. Funnel Building
4. Building Landing Pages

We are helping small businesses control their customers and leads through organization and standard operating procedures. You will advance quickly if you are:
– A fast learner
– Pays close attention to detail
– Improves processes to make them repeatable
– Able to work without supervision

In addition to having excellent English skills , you’ll need to use the applications we listed below. You don’t need to be an
expert in all of them, but you need to be at least familiar with most of them.
– Go Highlevel
– WordPress
– Gmail and other email applications
– Google Docs and Drive
– Google Calendar
– Communications apps like Skype, Hangouts, FB messenger, etc
– Project management software (Hubstaff, Click to view, Trello, Google Docs)
– Time management or time tracking software

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us and rise from the ranks. If you have the following skills, this can help you
1. Recruiting & Hiring
2. Management Skills
3. Initiative for process improvement

This is a full-time position Mondays Through Fridays, 1pm to 5pm EST. The other 4 hours are
flexible.
You’ll qualify for 3 vacation leaves and 3 sick leaves after the 6
month probation period.
We honor most Filipino holidays except for All Saints and All
Souls Day

$1000/month for full-time work (40 hours a week)

Once you complete your 6 months probation, you will get:
– 13th month
– A pay raise to $1500/month

Training
– We will be doing meetings weekly and more often if needed for the first couple of weeks of your employment to train and get you up and running with the business.
– We will train on our current processes and give you a period of time to find better solutions and improve our processes.

You’ll be working with the CEO. As our business grows, you will have the opportunity to manage your own team of VAs and create something very special.
