Our team is expanding, and we are in search of a proficient Go High Level (GHL) Automation and Setup Expert with a knack for integrating complex systems. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding of marketing automation, customer engagement, and expertise in using Zapier to connect various services. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up customer accounts on GHL, creating and implementing intricate marketing automations, and collaborating with web developers and designers to ensure seamless integration of forms, automations, and data.
Key Responsibilities:
Configure and manage customer accounts on the Go High Level platform.
Design and execute marketing automations based on triggers like form completions and engagement processes.
Expertly modify pre-made snapshots and develop standardized snapshots for efficient client onboarding.
Utilize Zapier to integrate GHL with other services, enhancing automation capabilities.
Collaborate closely with team web developers and designers to coordinate the integration of forms, automations, and data.
Troubleshoot and optimize automation processes for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
Provide insightful feedback and suggestions to enhance the automation strategies.
Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in Go High Level, Zapier, and other related technologies.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven expertise in Go High Level automation and setup.
Strong experience in using Zapier for service integrations.
Familiarity with web development and design processes to facilitate effective coordination.
Ability to adapt pre-made snapshots to fit diverse client needs.
Skilled in creating standardized snapshots for quick client onboarding.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Fluent in English with strong communication skills.
Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented.
Highly responsive, reliable, and honest with unwavering integrity.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience with Go High Level.
Work Hours:
Flexible work hours, ideally 4-8 hours per day or 10-20 hours per week, to accommodate varying workload demands. Ideal candidate may be offered full time employment after 90 days.
Work Environment:
Access to a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
A laptop with at least Windows 10.
A quiet work environment suitable for making calls on behalf of the business leader with minimal background noise.
