Job Title: Go-High-Level Expert
Location: Remote
Hours: Part-time/Full-time (Flexible based on experience and workload)
Responsibilities:
Create and update workflows within Go-High-Level, including custom value system fields.
Onboard new users and assist with account setup and customizations.
Build and customize funnels, email templates, and other necessary assets.
Provide support to clients by making adjustments inside their accounts and addressing their needs.
Communicate with customers via chat and email, providing technical support and guidance.
Perform technical writing and create process documentation.
Use ClickUp or another project management tool to manage tasks and projects.
Utilize Intercom or another help desk and chat support tool to handle customer inquiries and support tickets.
Integrate Go-High-Level with other tools using Zapier, Make, or similar platforms.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure client satisfaction and successful project completion.
Utilize Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets for documentation and collaboration.
Qualifications:
Extensive experience with Go-High-Level, including workflow creation and customization.
Proven experience in technical support, sales support, customer support, customer success, or account management.
Proficiency with ClickUp or another project management tool.
Experience with Intercom or another help desk and chat support tool.
Familiarity with Zapier, Make, or similar integration platforms.
Strong technical writing and process documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Google Docs, Google Drive, and Google Sheets.
Compensation:
$5 to $15 Per Hour, Dependent on experience and qualifications.
Application Process:
Complete an initial questionnaire. This questionnaire requires written and audio responses.
Undergo skill and personality assessment tests.
If selected, attend a one-on-one interview followed by a second interview with the executive team.
Successful candidates will undergo a two-week paid training and onboarding period.
The first 60 days are a probation period with increasing hours and compensation.
Candidates who complete the application process and make it to the final interview but are not hired will receive $25 for their time and effort.
