As a GHL Tech Specialist, you will:

— Implement the Go High Level platform for our valued clients, customizing it to meet their specific needs and business requirements.
— Conduct engaging and informative training sessions to onboard clients and team members, ensuring they make the most of the platform’s capabilities.
— Provide prompt and reliable technical support to our clients, troubleshooting issues, and offering effective solutions to ensure a smooth experience.
— Advise clients on platform customization and integration with other tools, helping them optimize their marketing automation processes.
— Share best practices and strategic insights with clients, empowering them to maximize the full potential of the Go High Level platform.
— Ensure top-notch quality assurance by rigorously testing platform features and functionalities.
— Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and knowledge base articles to facilitate efficient issue resolution and knowledge sharing.
— Keep abreast of the latest Go High Level platform updates and changes and communicate these updates to clients proactively.
— Build strong and positive relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to achieve their goals.
— Stay updated with marketing automation trends and tools and share your knowledge with the team for continuous improvement.

The ROLE is for you if YOU have:

— Proven experience as a Go High Level Technical Specialist with a successful track record in implementation and support.
— In-depth knowledge of Go High Level platform features, troubleshooting skills, and an ability to creatively address challenges.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deliver effective training and support to clients and team members.
— Experience working with the online coaching industry, Zapier, and GHL workflows is a must.
— Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tackle complex issues and provide timely solutions.
— A passion for staying updated with marketing automation trends, and a drive to contribute to the success of our clients.
— Availability to work full-time from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm CST.
— Must possess a reliable computer (at least Core i5 / Ryzen 5 or better; 16 GB of RAM or more), with a webcam, microphone, and at least a 100 Mbps stable, wired, postpaid fiber internet connection.
— A positive, can-do attitude that fosters a collaborative and supportive work environment.
— Detail-oriented, organized, and resourceful, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
