Job Description

I am looking for a Go High Level – savvy, part-time VA, with the following:
o Must have solid experience in all aspects of GHL membership portals (please do not apply if you have never worked with GHL)
o Must have solid experience with GHL workflows, email builder, calendar setup, social media planner, email and text funnels, sales page and landing pages setup, adding courses, etc.
o Good communication in English with timely responses (I tend to communicate with Google docs, Slack, Loom and email)
o Self-starter, follows through on projects in a timely manner, and gets things done promptly (my business needs projects completed quickly to keep business momentum)
o Extremely organized and detail-oriented – very important to me
o Availability each week for projects as they arise (not sure yet how many hours would be needed to get things set up for smooth management – perhaps 30 hours up front depending on time needed to set up GHL well, then maintenance of system in coordination with me and possibly other projects depending on your skillset)
o Desire to be a teammate longterm if work ethic and communication fits the business culture – you’ll be working directly with the CEO of a health care clinic working in the online space
