Go High Level Setup

Hello,
We are a mortgage company in Fullerton, California.
We are looking for a Go-High-Level funnel/pipeline setup specialist.

We need to setup:
1. Texting & Emailing & Voicemail Drop prospects with automated follow-ups
– If the text/email is not opened, 2nd -> 3rd follow ups send needed
– If the text/email reply is triggered, I want this lead -> to assigned GHL users
– If Voicemail Drop prospect calls back or texts back -> triggers to assigned GHL users

2. Sending email newsletters
-If the email is not opened more than 3 times, I want the email to go to Archive (so emails don’t filter out as spam)
-If the email is replied to -> trigger -> goes to GHL users

3. Workflow to start the cold calls- sales call recording needed

4. Daily Report Dashboard
– I want each user’s text/email/phone call# to show on the front page,
and want a daily email to be sent -> as a daily report for me to find out how well this employee is working

5. Landing Pages for different programs
(for ex. Instagram, TikTok posting) -> Trigger to GHL funnels

6. Adding “Hot Sheet” as a daily update for GHL users at 7am Each Day
This “Hot Sheet” will show the
– appointments showing on Google Calendar,
– New Leads to follow up
– Recent Activity
– Tasks (Tasks assigned or Due Today)

I’m going to use these to monitor in-house sales teams. 
I operate a mortgage company,and I would like to reach as many people as possible in a short time.
