Attention! We are seeking a Go High-Level Specialist to join our company.

A full-time Go High-Level Specialist handles sales and relationships with clients using the concepts of customer relationship management. Your primary goal in this position is to identify leads and target audiences for optimal ROI. Your responsibilities are to analyze the purchase and communication history of customers and develop goals that drive sales growth and improve customer retention. Your job duties also involve maintaining a database of this information, so you need experience with SQL and application development. In some Go High-Level Specialist positions, you may also train other staff members to improve their sales by using your analyses and reports. This is a long-term employment opportunity with room for growth and advancement within the company.

Our Purpose:

Responsibilities:
Monitor relationships with existing customers through CRM systems
Ensure the CRM system provides an effective sales funnel
Develop and implement marketing techniques that will drive new customers
Set specific marketing strategies to retain customers
Plan and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns
Suggest new methods to address customers’ needs
Track marketing metrics and trends, like conversion rates and web analytics
Assist with organizing promotional events to reach prospective customers
Review and select CRM software that meets our company’s needs
Conduct market research to follow trends and competition

Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years experience with Go High Level
Planning and delivering CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
Deciding on the CRM platform structure and architecture ensures it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
Customer Journey Mapping analyzing touch points with the organization and maximizing commercial opportunities.
Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for all aspects of the company.
Overseeing direct communications with customers through the CRM. Monitor and maximize customer lifetime value strategies ensuring maximum profitability. Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities. Overseeing the migration of all direct communications to lower-cost mediums such as SMS and email.
Developing testing strategies for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for the company and its products.

The position is Full Time (local in our San Diego Office or virtual) between the hours of 8:00AM – 5:00PM PST Monday through Friday.
