We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused GoHighLevel Support Specialist with expertise in funnel building, automation building, and project management to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of the GoHighLevel platform, excellent communication skills, and a passion for assisting clients in optimizing their experience. As a GoHighLevel Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and guidance, particularly in areas of funnel creation, automation setup, and project management to achieve their business goals.

Responsibilities:
-Provide top-tier technical support to GoHighLevel users via various channels including email, chat, and phone.
Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to the GoHighLevel platform, with a focus on funnel building, automation setup, and project management functionalities.
-Guide clients through the process of creating effective and conversion-driven funnels within the GoHighLevel platform.
Assist clients in setting up advanced automations to streamline their business processes and enhance customer engagement.
-Collaborate closely with the development and product teams to identify, report, and escalate bugs and issues related to funnel and automation functionalities.
-Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately and comprehensively.
-Contribute to the creation of support documentation, tutorials, and knowledge base resources specifically related to funnel building and automation.
-Stay up-to-date with the latest platform updates, features, and changes related to funnel and automation capabilities.
Provide project management support to clients using the platform for their projects, ensuring efficient execution and successful outcomes.
-Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude while effectively managing and exceeding client expectations.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a support specialist or similar customer-facing role, with a focus on funnel building, automation setup, and project management.
In-depth knowledge of the GoHighLevel platform, including its funnel and automation features, integrations, and capabilities.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues related to funnels and automations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, and proficiency in project management principles.
Familiarity with basic HTML and CSS is a bonus.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and within a team.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and procedures.
