Virtual Assistant for Market My STR
My company, STR Super VA’s, is looking for a Virtual Assistant who is excited to join a scaling vacation rental operation support company that covers properties all over the United States. We support owners and hosts with the back end operation of their short term rental business.

We are looking for someone who wants to be a part of a growing company and understands the Short Term Rental industry as well as the Go High Level platform.
We are all learning and figuring things out so strong English communication, grammar and speaking, is only one of the “requirements” for this position (we will train you on everything else).
The requirements are that you have plenty of experience working in the Go High Level Platform, completing onboarding, building landing pages, posting to socials, building and converting customer marketing funnels and setting up text and email marketing campaigns. Additionally, having a background in working with or for another vacation property management company, Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, or any other vacation rental platforms OR have experience in marketing for short term rentals, will be a huge plus. If you do not have any work experience with either of the above, please do not apply.

Position Overview
Your role will be to help us work the operations side of our business. We have customers who require support with set up and maintenance of their short term rental listings in Market My STR, which is a marketing funnel built on the Go High Level platform. This includes but is not limited to onboarding the client’s vacation rentals into Market My STR, building a direct booking site for their vacation rentals, creating email marketing campaigns, creating & scheduling social media content for dissemination, tracking and executing opportunities to get bookings at their short term rental properties. Don’t worry, we don’t expect you to have full knowledge or previous specific experience in each of these just a willingness to learn and communicate when you don’t understand something. We will give you a clear set of instructions and tools so that you can be successful in your role.
This role includes the following tools that will help you be successful so previous knowledge or experience with them is a plus:
– Airbnb, VRBO, Expedia, or any other booking platform
– Google Sheets
– Google Maps
– Canva
– Social Media Content Creation
– ChatGPT
– Market My STR

We will provide you with instructions and video trainings for each task you are to accomplish. We do not expect you to work during our time zone CST, however, we expect you to complete the instructed required tasks each week and communicate when you don’t understand something or something is unclear.

Integrity, Commitment and a Desire to Learn.
Integrity. You are a good fit if you can be honest with your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you aren’t able to hit a deadline or made a mistake, be upfront about it, we are all human after all.
Commitment. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations of potential growth in the company. We are currently a small team so there are potential opportunities for other roles in the future as we grow. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this is not for you.
Desire to learn. We are a small team and want people who are open to learning new skills and taking on projects. If you are not comfortable learning something new or asking for help then this is not the job for you.
