We are seeking a skilled and experienced Marketing Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel to join our team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our clients’ success and drive impactful marketing campaigns. As a Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns for our clients. Your responsibilities will include leveraging your GoHighLevel expertise to implement and optimize marketing funnels, pipelines, automations, and customer relationship management (CRM) systems. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing principles, hands-on experience with GoHighLevel, and the ability to deliver results-oriented marketing initiatives. In essence, the primary responsibility of this job revolves around establishing integrations with Google and ClickUp, overseeing funnels, pipeline sets, and CRMs. Additionally, it entails establishing a White Label Agency Set Up, implementing email and SMS marketing campaigns, constructing complete websites and landing pages, configuring online courses with content upload capabilities, developing automated workflows, chatbots, and AI-based learning responses. Another key aspect is onboarding other companies onto our white-labelled application and assisting with their marketing efforts. This role also involves creating blogs, managing social media activities, executing social media management tasks, and creating client portals.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Marketing Specialist or in a similar role
Strong knowledge and expertise in GoHighLevel platform.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel platform to create marketing funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and optimize marketing initiatives.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and strategies to clients.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Familiarity with other marketing tools and platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand their marketing goals, target audience, and unique business needs.
Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns utilising GoHighLevel platform capabilities.
Create and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and email campaigns within GoHighLevel.
Implement effective lead generation and nurturing strategies to enhance customer engagement and drive conversions.
Leverage GoHighLevel automation features to streamline marketing processes and improve efficiency.
Manage customer relationship management (CRM) systems, ensuring accurate data management and segmentation.
Conduct A/B testing and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing efforts.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, especially within the GoHighLevel ecosystem.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and copywriters, to create compelling marketing materials.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign effectiveness and provide valuable insights to clients.
Provide guidance and support to clients in utilising GoHighLevel features and maximizing their marketing endeavors.
Stay informed about updates and new features released by GoHighLevel and identify opportunities for implementation.
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and platforms to drive innovation and stay ahead of the competition.
Configure seamless integration with Google and ClickUp, ensuring smooth connectivity.
Oversee the management of funnels, pipeline sets, and CRM systems.
Establish a White Label Agency Setup to cater to the needs of clients.
Develop complete websites and engaging landing pages.
Set up online courses, including content uploads, for enhanced educational experiences.
Design automated workflows, chatbots, and AI-powered learning responses.
Assist in the onboarding process of other companies onto our white-labeled application, providing support for their marketing endeavors.
