I run a call center in South Africa (SA). Currently, we have 5 agents. I am now starting a remote operation in the Philippines.

The first goal is to hire a Filipino cold caller and have them outperform the South African callers.

But to hit this goal a few things need to be taken care of:

Readymode – data scraped, cleaned, and uploaded for our current callers
– phone number health checked
– calls reviewed and QAd
– coaching feedback to SA TL.

Philippines – SOPs, documents, handbooks, checklists, playbooks created

Clients – LinkedIn, Twitter, email scrubbed, slack messages, Google Sheets created and sent over.

Then once operating, The Philippines team will need to be managed and coached, new callers recruited, and underperforming callers fired.

As you can see this is a varied role. We are currently a small operation with a goal to hit 100 callers in the Philippines by the end of the year. If we were large already, I would just hire specialists for each role. We cannot do that right now.
