More detail: A go-to-market (GTM) manager is a dedicated?leader?responsible for?managing the go-to-market strategy and process of our product launch and listing service globally. The GTM manager will work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth launch operations. The GTM Manager will help develop creative briefs, guide creative direction, and execute and manage marketing campaigns to meet objectives for all advertising and public-facing communications, including print, digital, and video assets. The GTM manager will be able to strategize, conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels. The GTM manager will manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, work with the executive team to establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support. The GTM Manager will work with the team to gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate more qualified leads. The GTM Manager will identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives with tracking and analysis and optimize accordingly. GTM Manager will be comfortable presenting ideas and final deliverables to internal and external teams, and communicate with senior leaders about marketing programs, strategies, and budgets.
The GTM manager will work with the Executive Team to frame the strategic vision, ensure the hiring of the right?team, and motivate the team to work on operational initiatives and achieve launch goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Generating customer insights:?Generate in-depth insights by understanding customer needs using customer validation, buyer persona creation, customer building, and customer discovery techniques.
Market benchmarking:?Deploy learning strategies to gain more information about the market, such as market segmentation, market development, market refinement, and competitive intelligence analysis.
Project planning:?Outline the complete go-to-market strategy and project plan. Hire the right team members to work on specific launch responsibilities.
Social Community Support: Tie together our marketing activities and GTM strategy, landing in Discord and supporting the future of our metaverse engagement.
Ensuring cross-functional collaboration:?Steer cross-functional teams across sales, product, content, marketing, legal, operations, and finance. Evaluate ideas, motivate teams to meet deadlines, and ensure all-around alignment in the go-to-market process.
Tracking launch progress:?Define and set up measurement milestones, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for launch initiatives and activities.
Launch Campaigns: Work with the cross-functional team to execute go-to-market strategy and launch marketing campaigns.
Achieving Target Results within Timelines and Budgets: This leader will commit to and deliver on specific targets and milestones within the expected timelines and budgets.
QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5+ years of experience in the same role
Social Media Marketing Expertise
Go-To-Market Product Manager Experience
Proven working experience in social media marketing and Go-To-Market execution
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
Competency with Sales and Marketing tools and automation
Knowledge of online marketing and good understanding of major marketing channels
Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability
Proficiency in Photoshop, Wix, WordPress.
Excellent interpersonal and teambuilding skills.
Ability to manage time effectively.
Experience in metaverse and crypto is a plus.
Able to commit to and deliver on specific targets and milestones within the expected timelines and budgets.
