**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic AI + Automation / GoHighLevel / No Code Developer & Business Automation Specialist to join our team as a Backend Systems Manager. This individual will be responsible for managing and optimizing all our business systems, ensuring we operate at peak efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities:**

– **Systems Management:**
– Oversee the development and maintenance of automation workflows using AI and No Code platforms.
– Ensure seamless integration of various business systems to enhance operational efficiency.
– Regularly review and update system processes to align with business goals.
– **GoHighLevel Expertise:**
– Develop and manage GoHighLevel SaaS solutions, including webinar funnels, sales funnels, and lead generation workflows.
– Configure sales pipelines and support email marketing setup within the GoHighLevel platform.
– Assist with A2P verification and compliance to ensure all communications are compliant with industry standards.
– **Business Automation:**
– Implement and manage business automation tools to streamline operations.
– Design and deploy automation workflows for lead generation, customer nurturing, and sales processes.
– Continuously monitor and improve automation processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
– **Ads Management:**
– Develop and manage advertising campaigns on Google and Facebook.
– Optimize ad performance to ensure the highest ROI.
– Collaborate with the marketing team to align ad strategies with overall business goals.
– **Lead Generation & CRM Optimization:**
– Understand and implement effective lead generation strategies.
– Organize and optimize CRMs to ensure efficient lead management and nurturing.
– Regularly update CRM data to reflect current business operations and lead statuses.
– **Technical Support:**
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for all backend systems.
– Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues promptly.
– Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in AI, automation, and no-code development.
– **Project Management:**
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
– Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project requirements are met.
– Maintain detailed documentation of all projects and processes.

**Qualifications:**

– Proven experience in SaaS development using GoHighLevel.
– Strong skills in marketing automation and workflow creation.
– Expertise in building and designing funnel ecosystems.
– Familiarity with A2P verification and compliance processes.
– Experience in setting up and managing email marketing systems.
– Experience with Google and Facebook ads management.
– Strong understanding of lead generation and CRM optimization.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
– Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
– A portfolio or case studies of similar projects is highly desirable.

**Requirements:**

– Must be able to work on Eastern Standard Time.
– Must be self-sufficient and proactive in solving problems.
– Must be willing to learn and improve skills outside of work hours.
– Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities.
– Experience in sales, hosting, customer service, or executive support is a plus.
– Exceptional organizational and multitasking talents.
– Internet speed of at least 30 Mbps with a backup connection (preferably in a major city).
– Acquaintance with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
– Flexibility in a changing environment and the ability to juggle diverse tasks.
– High school diploma or equivalent, with higher education or certifications being an added advantage.
