Job Description

We are seeking a versatile and organized Virtual Assistant to support various aspects of business operations, content creation, and client management. The ideal candidate will be adept at project management, possess excellent writing skills, and have a keen understanding of digital marketing, social media management, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project Management:
Research, hire, and manage creative contractors on platforms like Fiverr.
Track and push creative and operational projects along to ensure timely completion.
Develop and implement systems for improved efficiency and documentation.
Manage subcontractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines.

Content Management:
Assist in brainstorming and researching content ideas.
Identify and extract key moments from calls and podcasts for content creation.
Create and maintain a content calendar for social media and email campaigns.
Prepare and organize content for editors, including video uploads and documentation.
Research the market for current marketing trends and successful strategies.

Content Creation and Writing:
Write SEO-friendly drafts for social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials.
Utilize AI tools for transcription and extract key points from meetings for content creation.

Social Media Management:
Manage social media accounts from an engagement perspective.
Set up and maintain a content calendar for social media posts.
Engage with followers, respond to comments, and manage online community interactions.

Administrative Support:
Handle daily email correspondence and manage the company’s calendar.
Schedule and organize meetings and appointments.
Draft and manage agreements and other documents, ensuring they are properly formatted and filed.
Conduct research on systems and automation tools to enhance business processes.

CRM and Marketing Automation:
Manage and update the CRM (GoHighLevel) with new leads and follow-up sequences.
Assist with basic automation tasks using tools like Zapier.

Research and Analysis:
Identify potential grants and funding opportunities for the company, apply and follow up with them.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent writing and communication skills.
Proficient in Notion, Miro, Google Drive, and Slack.
Familiarity with CRM systems, particularly GoHighLevel, is a plus.
Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools like Zapier.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experience in researching, hiring, and managing creative contractors on platforms like Fiverr.
Ability to track and push creative and operational projects along efficiently.
Experience in managing subcontractors and ensuring project completion.
Experience in social media management, including setting up content calendars and engaging with online communities.
