Job Description:
We are looking for a GoHighLevel CRM Specialist with a deep understanding of the platform and a proven track record of building sophisticated and effective workflows, automations, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker capable of translating business needs into seamless automation and CRM strategies that drive engagement, efficiency, and growth.
Responsibilities:
– Design, implement, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows for various business operations, including lead management, customer engagement, and sales processes.
– Develop and manage targeted email and SMS marketing campaigns that effectively communicate with our audience and drive conversions.
– Create custom lead capture forms and landing pages that integrate seamlessly with our marketing strategies.
– Utilize GoHighLevel’s tagging and segmentation capabilities to organize contacts for personalized communication and targeted campaigns.
– Set up and manage automations for internal processes, ensuring smooth operations and task management.
– Collaborate with our team to understand business goals and identify opportunities for process improvement through GoHighLevel’s features.
– Provide training and support to team members on utilizing GoHighLevel’s platform effectively.
– Stay up-to-date with GoHighLevel updates and features, continuously optimizing our use of the platform.
Qualifications:
– Proven expertise in GoHighLevel, with a portfolio or case studies demonstrating successful projects.
– Strong understanding of CRM strategies, marketing automation, and workflow optimization.
– Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns across email and SMS.
– Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications and effective automation strategies.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions within the GoHighLevel platform.
– Strong communication skills, with the ability to train and support team members.
