Job Description:
As a Lead Generation and CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in our marketing and sales operations, focusing on aiding in generating high-quality leads, managing our lead database, and optimizing our CRM workflows to enhance our outreach efforts. You will be an expert in using digital tools to identify and engage potential customers, with a strong emphasis on efficiency and creativity in your outreach strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement effective cold email outreach campaigns using , aimed at generating leads and driving engagement.
– Manage and optimize the use of our CRM tool, Go High Level, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and leveraged for future outreach.
– Utilize for advanced lead scraping, ensuring a constant flow of potential contacts into our sales funnel.
– Oversee the management of bulk email inboxes and domains, maintaining high deliverability rates and compliance with spam regulations.
– Innovate and propose creative outreach strategies to improve response rates and engagement with potential leads.
– Work with Excel and Google Spreadsheets for lead tracking, management, and analysis, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
– Take initiative in identifying new opportunities for lead generation and improving existing processes.

Qualifications:
– Proven experience in cold email outreach, lead generation, and CRM management. Experience with is a must.
– Expertise in Go High Level CRM tool, with a deep understanding of its features and capabilities.
– Experience with lead scraping tools like and managing bulk email operations.
– Proficiency in Excel and Google Spreadsheets, with strong analytical skills to manage and interpret lead data.
– Experience using Zapier is a plus
– Creative thinker with the ability to devise innovative outreach strategies.
– Technically minded.
– Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
– Excellent communication and organizational skills.
