We’re looking to hire a GoHighLevel Expert Customer Success (Onboarding Specialist) to work with us in our CRM/Marketing Software Company, . We’re a rapidly growing marketing software company.
As a Customer Success (Onboarding Specialist), you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the setup process of our software platform. You will work closely with our sales team and customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience and provide support during the early stages of their use of the platform. You will be a driving force in helping our customers unlock the full potential of our CRM and marketing software platform.

Responsibilities:
1. Comprehensive Onboarding: Onboard new users onto our software through one-on-one and group calls, ensuring they have a strong grasp of the platform’s capabilities.
2. Marketing Funnels and Sequences: Create marketing funnels, email, and text message sequences, utilizing Chat GPT for copywriting.
3. Retention and Customer Success: Complete retention calls and take ownership of customer success, bridging the gap between sales and customer support.
4. Client Engagement: Keep clients engaged and actively using our products, building customer loyalty, and reducing churn.
5. Product Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in navigating and utilizing the Progreda platform to its fullest potential.
6. Marketing Automation: Design and implement marketing automation workflows and campaigns within Progreda and other platforms such as Zapier, Make, Shopify, Kajabi, etc.
7. Data Management: Efficiently manage and organize customer data within the Progreda CRM system.
Requirements:
– Customer-Centric: Previous experience in customer-facing roles with a strong focus on driving customer success.
– Effective Communicator: Outstanding communication skills to articulate complex concepts clearly and provide guidance.
– Problem Solver: Exceptional problem-solving abilities to address technical issues promptly.
– Multitasking Expert: Ability to independently manage multiple tasks, ensuring customers receive the attention they deserve.
– Design Proficiency: Understanding of key design principles and proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and Integration Tools (Zapier).
– Responsive Design: Experience with responsive and adaptive design.
– SEO Knowledge: Understanding of SEO principles.
– Software Proficiency: Familiarity with GoHighLevel and related platforms.
