Key Responsibilities:
Provide top-tier customer support, ensuring client satisfaction with Mission8’s services and GoHighLevel’s capabilities.
Offer specialized technical assistance for GoHighLevel CRM, resolving issues and answering queries with efficiency and accuracy.
Guide clients through the setup, customization, and optimization of their GoHighLevel CRM according to their unique business requirements.
Instruct clients on employing GoHighLevel effectively for marketing automation, sales funnel management, and reporting insights.
Collaborate with our technical team to address and resolve advanced issues in a timely manner.
Enhance the GoHighLevel user experience by creating resourceful documentation, instructional articles, and tutorial videos.
Gather client feedback to inform improvements and innovations in the GoHighLevel platform through direct collaboration with the product team.
Conduct engaging and informative live training sessions and webinars to bolster client understanding and proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM.
Qualifications:
Solid background in customer support, particularly in technical or software support roles.
Advanced proficiency with GoHighLevel CRM is a must-have.
Exceptional command of the English language, both in writing and speaking.
Demonstrated ability to diagnose and resolve issues effectively.
Experience in managing customer inquiries through various channels including email, live chat, and phone.
Aptitude for imparting complex technical information in an accessible manner.

Experience with support desk platforms and tools for providing remote assistance.

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of HTML/CSS for customizing email templates.
Multilingual abilities are highly advantageous.
Education:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.
