Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Email and SMS Marketing Specialist with expertise in GoHighLevel to join our team. This role focuses on developing, executing, and optimizing integrated email and SMS campaigns to boost client engagement, enhance lead conversion, and achieve business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in multi-channel marketing strategies and hands-on experience with GoHighLevel’s email and SMS features.

Responsibilities:
Campaign Development and Execution: Create, implement, and manage comprehensive email and SMS marketing campaigns using GoHighLevel. Develop strategies that drive engagement, nurture leads, and convert prospects into customers.
Content Creation: Write compelling and persuasive email and SMS content tailored to different audience segments. Ensure all communications are aligned with our brand voice and marketing goals.
Segmentation and Personalization: Leverage GoHighLevel’s segmentation tools to target specific audience groups based on demographics, behavior, and customer lifecycle stage. Implement personalization techniques to enhance the relevance and impact of messages.
Testing and Optimization: Conduct A/B testing on email and SMS campaigns to identify and apply best practices. Continuously analyze performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and reply rates to optimize campaign effectiveness.
Automation and Workflow Management: Design and manage automated workflows in GoHighLevel to streamline lead nurturing, customer follow-ups, and re-engagement campaigns. Ensure seamless integration between email and SMS touchpoints.

Requirements:
