About The Job:
We are actively bringing on 8-12 new projects on a monthly basis and we need a Tech Manager with expertise in GoHighLevel to assist us in bringing on new campaigns and managing the currently active ones.
Responsibilities:
Managing the fulfillment team
Making sure onboardings get done on time
Maintaining current systems and processes
Reporting to senior management
Creating new solutions to make current systems more efficient
Handling support tickets for the fulfillment team
Setting up automations on GoHighLevel
Setting up automations on Zapier
Qualification/Skills Needed:
? Must have experience in the agency CRM software: GoHighLevel
? Good communication and interpersonal skills
? STRONG attention to detail
? VERY organized
? The ability to stay calm and focused under high levels of pressure
