Are you a seasoned expert in Go High Level with a proven track record of successfully orchestrating complex marketing and automation strategies? We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Go High Level Expert. You will be responsible for driving our clients marketing and sales efforts to new heights through seamless account setup, pipeline automation, and strategic workflow creation.

Pacific US Hours Required: Tuesday – Friday shift: 6:00am to 3:30pm, break: 2:00pm 2:30pm PT (shift:9:00pm 6:30am break:5:00 5:30am PhT)

Responsibilities:
Account Setup and Onboarding: Spearhead the technical onboarding of new accounts ensuring smooth account setup and configuration.
Pipeline Set Up & Automation: Develop and implement automated pipelines to optimize lead generation, nurture, and conversion.
Workflow Creation & Strategy: Design effective marketing workflows aligned with business goals and client objectives.
Automation: Create and implement automated processes to streamline tasks and improve efficiency.
Integrations: Seamlessly integrate Go High Level with various platforms and tools to enhance overall marketing capabilities.
Build Forms, Surveys, and Landing Pages: Craft engaging forms, surveys, and landing pages to capture leads and drive engagement.
SMS/MMS Creation & Deployment: Develop SMS/MMS campaigns and execute them to reach target audiences effectively.
Email Marketing Creation & Deployment: Create captivating email marketing campaigns and manage their deployment for maximum impact.
Campaign Configuration & Execution: Configure and execute multichannel marketing campaigns, tracking and optimizing their performance.
Experience with A2P 10 DLC Registration: Familiarity with ApplicationtoPerson (A2P) 10 Digit Long Code (DLC) registration processes and regulations.
Twilio Experience: Proficiency in utilizing Twilio as the GoHighLevel Phone Provider
Familiarity with Zapier: Ability to leverage Zapier for seamless integration of various apps and automations.

Requirements:
Proven experience in Go High Level account setup, pipeline automation, CRM configuration and marketing strategy.
Strong understanding of marketing automation concepts and best practices.
Expertise in building and optimizing workflows for different business scenarios.
Proficiency in creating and deploying SMS/MMS campaigns, email marketing, and landing pages within GHL
In Depth knowledge of A2P 10 DLC registration processes and compliance.
Experience working with Twilio as the phone provider for GHL
Familiarity with Zapier and its capabilities for integrations.
Exceptional problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong project management, attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with Go High Level

We work a 4 day work week (TUESDAY – FRIDAY) and run on a 36 hour work schedule 9 hour shifts with a 30 minute required unpaid break per day.
We observe a paid summer and winter break that are 1 week long where the entire company is closed.
We observe the US holiday schedule for closures, but offer ample PTO to cover any additional PH Holidays.
PTO is accrued after the 60 day benefits waiting period and is accrued on the last day of the month for a total of 6.01 hours.
We offer health insurance reimbursements after a 60 day benefits waiting period. After 1 year of keeping your contract you can also enroll in our savings reimbursement plan.
