We are launching a new video series, “STUMP ME – Real Estate Guru,” and are looking for a skilled virtual assistant with extensive experience in GoHighLevel to manage and optimize our promotional efforts.

Job Description:
We are seeking a proactive and knowledgeable Virtual Assistant who can take full ownership of promoting our “STUMP ME – Real Estate Guru” video series using GoHighLevel. Your primary responsibilities will include managing all aspects of GoHighLevel to enhance our online presence, increase video views, and drive paid appointments through effective marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize GoHighLevel for video promotion across multiple platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, etc.).
Create and execute email campaigns to promote new videos.
Implement SMS marketing strategies to alert contacts about new video releases.
Schedule and automate social media posts using GoHighLevel’s features.
Design and manage lead capture forms and landing pages.
Set up and manage follow-up sequences to nurture leads and encourage video engagement.
Track and analyze campaign performance using GoHighLevel’s analytics tools.
Collaborate with our video editor to ensure timely video releases and promotions.
Respond to comments and messages on all platforms to engage with the audience.
Organize and promote live Q&A sessions and webinars.
Integrate Calendly for booking private sessions and manage appointments through GoHighLevel.
Create and manage promotional offers to attract more viewers and appointments.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant with expertise in GoHighLevel.
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Proficiency in using GoHighLevel’s email, SMS, and social media automation features.
Experience with lead generation and follow-up sequence creation.
Familiarity with analytics tools to track and measure campaign performance.
Knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Facebook, and other social media platforms.
