Role Overview:
As our GOHIGHLEVEL AND FACEBOOK ADS ONBOARDING SUPPORT SPECIALIST, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch support as they onboard onto GoHighLevel and set up effective Facebook ad campaigns. This is a day shift position, perfect for candidates seeking daytime opportunities in the Philippines’ time zone, which aligns with Singapore.
Responsibilities:
– Guide new clients through GoHighLevel platform setup, configuration, and integration of existing tools and data.
– Conduct training sessions to help clients maximize GoHighLevel’s features and tools, sharing best practices for optimal results.
– Promptly address client concerns and find solutions aligned with their needs and goals.
– Assist clients in creating and configuring impactful Facebook ad campaigns, including ad formats, targeting, budgets, and bidding.
– Educate clients on Facebook’s ad policies, ensuring compliance to prevent rejection during review.
– Provide optimization strategies for enhanced campaign performance, advising on ad creative and audience targeting.
– Interpret ad performance metrics and guide clients on understanding key indicators like CTR, conversion rates, and ROAS.
– Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, technical support) to meet client needs and improve onboarding processes.
Requirements:
– Minimum 1 year of proven experience as GOHIGHLEVEL AND FACEBOOK ADS Onboarding Support in an advertising agency, media company, or similar environment.
– Expertise in using the GoHighLevel platform, demonstrating a deep understanding of its features, tools, and functionalities.
– In-depth knowledge of Facebook’s advertising platform, including campaign creation, ad formats, targeting options, and performance metrics.
– Familiarity with digital marketing principles, including audience segmentation, ad copywriting, landing page optimization, and conversion tracking.
– Strong communication skills to explain advertising concepts, provide guidance, and offer recommendations to clients.
– Analytical mindset to analyze campaign data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions to improve ad performance.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience.
