ROLE OVERVIEW
As a GHL Specialist/Junior Media Buyer, you will play a critical role in setting up and managing GHL accounts and facebook ad campaigns for dental clinics.
Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring accurate and timely setup of clinic accounts and campaigns, maintaining campaign records, collaborating with internal teams to improve client satisfaction and ROI, and streamlining processes to enhance the client experience.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
– Set up and manage GHL accounts, campaigns, and automations for dental clinics accurately and on-time, ensuring zero missed due dates and adherence to compliance criteria.
– Maintain accuracy of client campaign records and data in – ClickUp, GHL, and other internal assets.
– Ensure all marketing workflows, funnels, and copy meet SmileConvert, GHL, A2P, HIPAA, and FTC compliance criteria.
– Complete any required marketing campaign tasks on-time.
– Collaborate with Client Success team members to identify effective strategies for improving clinic satisfaction, ROI, and campaign health.
– Stay up-to-date on best practices for FB ad setup, AI and automation integration, and CRM/GHL management.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
– 2+ years of experience in related roles.
– Proficiency in tools such as GoHighLevel, FB Ads Manager,
– Google Sheets, etc.
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
– Experience working in a remote team environment.
– Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
