We are looking for someone to grow with the company. Eventually, we will hire more Virtual Assistants and Promote our Initial Virtual Assistant to be the Team Leader

We are looking for a skilled virtual assistant with experience in GohighLevel to help create and manage funnels for our clients. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of sales funnel concepts and how to implement them in GohighLevel.
GohighLevel Responsibilities:
Build, optimize and manage funnels in GohighLevel for our clients
Coordinate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives, and develop strategies to achieve those goals
Create and implement email marketing campaigns to support funnel objectives
Develop landing pages, lead magnets, and other assets to support funnel goals
Monitor and analyze funnel performance metrics and optimize for better conversion rates
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on funnel performance and make recommendations for improvements
Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in sales funnel design and implementation
GohighLevel Requirements:
Proven experience in building and managing funnels in GohighLevel
Strong understanding of sales funnel concepts and best practices
Experience with email marketing and automation
Proficiency in creating landing pages, lead magnets, and other funnel assets
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical clients
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A commitment to quality and attention to detail
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement workflows using Zapier or Integromat to automate business processes
Collaborate with various teams to understand their needs and identify opportunities for automation
Test and troubleshoot workflows to ensure they function as intended
Monitor automated workflows to ensure they are running smoothly and make adjustments as needed
Document workflows and maintain accurate records of automation processes
Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates to Zapier or Integromat and incorporate them into workflows as appropriate
Train team members on how to use automated workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and managing workflows using Zapier or Integromat
Strong understanding of automation concepts and best practices
Knowledge of APIs and how to integrate them with Zapier or Integromat
Proficiency in mapping out complex processes and creating logical workflows
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical team members
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for automation
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
A commitment to quality and attention to detail

WORK SCHEDULE
VA to be able to work 4 hours a day, U.S. East Cost time from 9 am-1 PM
Very Fluent in Being able to Communicate Effectively English ( Understand, Writing, and Speaking ) for cold calling purposes
Ability to follow instructions and pay attention to details
Standard computer knowledge of Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google sheets and docs
How to research on the internet and figure things out
