Hang 10 Web Solutions is a n up and coming that specializes in igniting online results for small businesses. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant with expertise in the GoHighLevel platform to join our talented team.

Position Overview:
GoHighLevel Platform Specialist, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our business processes by effectively utilizing and managing the GoHighLevel platform. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of the platform’s features, functionalities, workflows, and configurations. Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English, are essential for collaborating with team members and ensuring seamless integration of GoHighLevel into our operations.

Responsibilities:
Platform Expertise:
Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the GoHighLevel platform, staying updated on new features and updates.
Serve as the go-to person for all things related to GoHighLevel, providing guidance and support to team members.

Workflow Design and Optimization:
Analyze business processes and design workflows within GoHighLevel to optimize efficiency and productivity.
Implement and oversee automation processes to enhance overall business operations.

SaaS Configurations:
Configure and customize GoHighLevel to align with the company’s specific needs and requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve any configuration issues, ensuring a smooth and seamless user experience.

Team Communication:
Effectively communicate technical aspects of the GoHighLevel platform to team members, providing training and support as needed.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate GoHighLevel into various aspects of the business.

Documentation:
Create comprehensive documentation for GoHighLevel processes, configurations, and best practices.
Maintain up-to-date documentation and ensure that it is accessible to relevant team members.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role with expertise in utilizing the GoHighLevel platform. (2-5 years)
Strong understanding of SaaS configurations, workflows, and design principles within GoHighLevel.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
