Virtual Assistant – Customer Onboarding Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant with strong organizational skills and attention to detail to assist with our customer onboarding process. The successful candidate will have the responsibility to manage and monitor our customer onboarding checklist on Excel, ensuring every customer completes all onboarding requirements efficiently. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience with A2P registration, we’d like to meet you.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Onboarding:

Oversee and manage the onboarding process for each customer.
Ensure that each onboarding task (e.g., domain setup, phone setup) is checked off upon completion in our Excel checklist.
Coordinate with other teams and departments as necessary to facilitate the onboarding process.
A2P Registration:

Assist customers with the A2P registration process, ensuring compliance and completion.
Monitor the Excel sheet to confirm that all customers have their A2P registration checked off.
Ads Launch Monitoring:

Ensure that every customer has successfully launched their ads.
Communicate with customers to assist them in any part of the ad launch process they may need help with.
SOPs & Guidelines:

Follow provided SOPs for each onboarding task to maintain consistency and efficiency.
Update SOPs when necessary and suggest improvements to enhance the onboarding experience.
Customer Communication:

Proactively reach out to customers if any onboarding tasks are pending or incomplete.
Address any questions or concerns customers may have during the onboarding process.
Qualifications:

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with its functionalities.
Experience with A2P registration is a significant plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple accounts/customers at once.
Detail-oriented and proactive approach to work.
Familiarity with digital ads launching process would be beneficial.
Previous experience in a customer service or onboarding role is desirable.
