We are in the process of reaching out to retirement aged business owners who wish to sell their businesses in the USA and are retiring. Our process is to:
1Reach out using email to prospects, (Another VA will provide list data for this-you will need to prepare the contact database in GHL to accept all the data field he provides for each contact). We will use constant “A|B testing” to measure the results of emails and refine to what works better.
2Those who don’t respond to the email campaign (You will provide this list) will go to another VA who will cold call,
3Those who do not respond to cold calling will receive a paper letter. (A local VA will handle this mailing)
4If there is still no response the lead is considered dead.
I need someone to setup and operate in gohighlevel:
-An email marketing process,
-Setup and use funnels for landing pages,
-Setup and track a self-set calendar type service (I have already linked my google account to GHL)
-Setup new and track incoming opportunities and their status.
-Setup and use automation to support the email marketing campaign you design and
-Setup and use automation to deliver communication and deliverables to new prospects.
-All these process will be implemented over time and you will have some time as we work together to build this system.
