Job Description: GoHighLevel Expert Virtual Assistant

Project Details:

We are seeking a highly skilled GoHighLevel (GHL) Expert to join our team as a virtual assistant. In this role, you will leverage your extensive GHL knowledge to support our company’s marketing automation and digital marketing needs. You will be available for the number of hours selected by the client, providing dedicated assistance and expertise in all aspects of GHL.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Setup: Initial setup and configuration of GoHighLevel accounts to ensure optimal performance and alignment with business needs.
Trigger Creation: Design and implement automated triggers to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
API Integrations: Utilize tools like Zapier to integrate various functions and systems with GoHighLevel.
Pipeline Creation: Develop and manage pipelines with stages, ensuring seamless flow and tracking of opportunities.
Twilio Setup: Configure and integrate Twilio for SMS campaigns and communication.
Mailgun Setup: Set up and manage Mailgun for email campaigns and marketing.
GHL Calendar Setup: Establish and configure GoHighLevel calendars, including integration with Google Calendar.
Appointment Setup Forms: Create and optimize appointment setup forms to enhance user experience and booking efficiency.
Forms/Surveys: Design and implement forms and surveys to gather valuable customer insights and feedback.
Additional Expertise:

Creating automations, workflows, and integrating company functions into GHL accounts.
Building landing pages, funnels, and marketing campaigns, including email and SMS campaigns.
Crafting comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels, such as digital marketing, search engine marketing, and social media marketing.
